At Bahubali Here, we are committed to delivering products in excellent condition and ensuring customer satisfaction. This policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

 

1. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Once dispatched, cancellation is not permitted.

  • Submit cancellation requests via the app, email (BahubaliHereOfficial@gmail.com), or WhatsApp (+91-9351909583).

  • Delivery/service charges are non-refundable for cancelled orders.

 

2. Return & Refund Eligibility

Returns or refunds are accepted only under the following conditions:

  • Damaged Product: Item is broken or defective, and packaging is intact.

  • Wrong Product Delivered: Item does not match the order.

  • Missing Items: One or more items from the order are missing.

⚠️ Important Conditions:

  • Damaged packaging will not be accepted. Inspect the parcel at delivery and refuse it if the box is torn, wet, or visibly damaged.

  • Claims must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery. Late requests will not be accepted.

  • Customers must provide:

    • A video showing the product from all angles

    • Clear photos of the item and intact packaging

  • Requests without proper evidence or with damaged packaging will be rejected.

The returns would happen within 3 to 4 days and also the damaged and defective items would be processed within 4 to 5 days and the replaced products would be delivered to the customer within 3 days.

 

3. Refund Process

  • Submit your Order ID, video, and photos via the app or email within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Bahubali Here will verify the claim with the vendor and delivery partner.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.

  • Refunds exclude delivery/service charges unless the issue is caused by Bahubali Here or its vendor.

The refunded amount would be credited to the customer’s bank account within 3 to 4 days .

4. Vendor Responsibility

  • Vendors must ensure product quality and accurate dispatch.

  • In case of verified damage or incorrect delivery, Bahubali Here will coordinate the return and refund with the vendor.

 

5. Customer Guidelines

  • Inspect the product before accepting delivery.

  • Do not accept parcels with damaged packaging.

  • Submit video and photo proof within 24 hours for any claim.

  • Use original packaging for returns whenever possible.

 
 

8. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. To request an exchange, email BahubaliHereOfficial@gmail.com and send the item to: VP Sahad, Tehsil Buhana, District Jhunjhunu, Rajasthan – 333502, India

 

9. Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit. If the gift giver received the item first, the refund will be issued to them.

 

10. Shipping Returns

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

  • For high-value items, consider using a trackable shipping service or insurance.

 

11. Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your card issuer

  3. Contact your bank (processing times may vary)
